If you like the look of several components that branch across diffrent hilts then I’ve got a deal for you. I designed all my sabers to be cross compatible, all the components are swappable. This means you can team up what ever emitter, grip, spacers, switch and pommel you want to. Currently I have 3 hilts available with a planned 2 additional models per month going forward.

Once you finalize your purchase we can talk through emails on what components you want and if you need them painted, what color scheme(or if you need a singular component matched to an existing hilt.).

If you need a completely from scratch hilt designed shoot me an email, I would be totally down to do a 100% custom raw resin or painted build.

CONSTRUCTION/CUSTOMIZATION

All my sabers work on a central threaded steel rod that uses the emitter and pommel to seal the design shut. This makes all the parts universal and non permanent, unless you decide to epoxy the components together, which also works very well if you decide you’ve taken the design to perfect level of customization.

BREAKING DOWN THE COMPONENTS

Emitter/Shield- Available in single piece(i.e. the Jedi Returns style) or two piece(external shield and internal emitter) Has an integral steel bolt inside to match up to the internal steel rod.

Switch assembly -The component that houses the activation switch. Can be mounted near the emitter or down by the pommel, dealers choice.

Couplers - In most of my designs these are identical twin spacers found on both sides of the grips but can be moved where ever you would like them to be.

Main Grip- Pretty straight forward on this one, the grabby part

Pommel - The bottom of the saber, holds the second steel bolt to complete the saber assembly

OPTIONS - Custom sabers are available in two forms.

Raw Resin Kit - fresh out of the print vat, will need a small amount of sanding(the beauty of resin printing vs pla, incredibly smooth surfaces right off the printer and super easy to sand. I will give it a once over and remove any small support burns or uneven surfaces so you’re all ready to prime and paint.

Turn Around Time - Parts are printed per order and average print time per hilt is 12 to 16 hours. Should ship within 7-10 days of order.

Premiere Display - This piece will be given my utmost level of attention and detail, sanded, primed and painted. It will come with a certificate of authenticity card which will include the Soupcan13 badge of quality as well as my signature and will include its run number(I plan on doing a total of 200 in this run). My painting process includes, all parts deburred and sanded, priming, airbrushing the base coat, applying color coats, masking and applying secondary detail colors, detail painting, black wash/corrosion wash and finally 3 coats of high quality clear coat to protect from chips, scratches and prevent paint from wearing due to handling.

Turn Around Time - Parts are painted per order and average paint time per hilt is 6 to 8 hours. Should ship within 15-18 days of order.

Also I sell individual components in both raw and painted form. Turn around times are the same as full sabers.
